We're in the process of becoming an incorporated society - a necessary step to ensure that the good work promoting and coordinating woodfiring activities throughout New Zealand can continue. Once the constitution is ready we'll be making further announcements on this website.

This magnificent pot has raised $750 for Woodstoke's next conference or workshop, a great contribution by Chester Nealie that will enable us to continue promoting woodfiring in New Zealand.

Woodstoke Whangamata 2012

The fires are finally fading, the ember beds are dark, but the memories of the weekend will linger on. The magnificent collection of kilns that were constructed are a tribute to energy and enthusiasm of everyone who came to Woodstoke. But it's not over. The journey will continue and this website will remain a key part of the flow of information, so check here often to see what new developments are happening in woodfiring in New Zealand.
